Every situation is different and therefore our pricing is based on the type of work, volume of work and complexity of detail. Our services are priced at virtual assistant industry competitive hourly rates for the type of work we do.
Pricing is based on an hourly, project or on-going service arrangements. Minimum number of hours for small projects: 3 hours.

Terms and Conditions
Time is charged to the nearest quarter of an hour.
Payment for all work is due when each project is completed before the completed work is given to the client. Extra charges are applied for courier, postage, shipping fees, photocopying, fax services, and long-distance phone calls.
A deposit is required for large projects before any work commences.
Work on large projects and on-going service arrangements will not continue until payment is received within 5 business days of the date on the invoice.
Rush jobs are subject to a 15% premium on the total cost of the project. This premium is applied to time worked after regular weekday business hours, weekends, and statutory holidays.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide sufficient notification of deadlines. AJL Business Services will not be responsible for late completion of the work or inefficient completion of the work due to insufficient time to complete the work.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied to AJL Business Services. Therefore, AJL Business Services will not be responsible for and shall not be held liable for the results of services performed on the basis of inaccurate, incomplete, untruthful, or unorganized information furnished by the client.
Final proofreading of all documentation is the client’s responsibility.
